Cancelation Policy 

We understand that unanticipated events occasionally happen. In our desire to be fair to all clients and the massage therapist, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required to cancel an appointment.  This allows the opportunity for the appointment slot to be refilled so that the massage therapist is not at a lose. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice,  you will lose your $20 retaining fee. If you give proper 24 hour notice,  your $20 retaining fee will be available as $20 toward your next service. 

No-show
Anyone who consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show and will be responsible for full prepayment before next scheduled service. 

Late Arrival 
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session payment. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
